Committee formed to solve public grievances

IN A bid to address the grievances of people in shortest possible time and to prepare detail guidelines to collectors for redressing public complaints, the State Government has constituted a seven members committee.

IN A bid to address the grievances of people in shortest possible time and to prepare detail guidelines to collectors for redressing public complaints, the State Government has constituted a seven members committee.

This committee, chaired by General Administration Department, Secretary, D S Rai, has been constituted under the Suraj (good governance) Mission of the State Government. The committee would give its recommendations on five points including grievance redressal camps, on-line grievance redressal, tele grievance redressal, sensitive administration and Antodaya Lok Kalyan Diwas.

The committee would submit its recommendations on speeding up the process of grievance redressal by January 20. Other members of the committee are member, Revenue Board, Manoj Shrivastava; Commissioner, Rewa Division, Prabhanshu Kamal; Director, Public Instructions, Manohar Dubey; Professor, Academy of Administration, H M Mishra; Additional Secretary, Information Technology, Anurag Shrivastava and Additional Director, Public Health and Family Welfare, Kavindra Kiyawat.
