The lift off of the GSLV, carrying the communication satellite INSAT 4C, has been delayed by nearly 45 minutes.

The lift off of the GSLV, carrying the communication satellite INSAT 4C, has been delayed by nearly 45 minutes, ISRO sources said on Monday.

The reason for the delay would be intimated to the media later, it was said.

The launch will now take place at 1715 hrs, instead of the original time of 1638 hrs.
