Backward class wing District President of the Congress party was found hacked to death in his office in Tuticorin early Thursday morning, police said.
Three persons have been arrested in connection with the murder of Patturajan(57).

Doors of the office were also found broken.
The three had some dispute with Patturajan, police said, adding they have been remanded to judicial custody.
