AICC Secretary Chandan Bagchi has been given additional charge of Uttaranchal in view of the coming Lok Sabha polls, party sources said.
Bagchi, a member of the Bihar Legislative council and former Bihar PCC Chief, is currently looking after Assam, the sources said.
