A case was registered against a district Congress leader under Immoral Trafficking Act after he was arrested with a woman from a PWD guest house in the city on Monday, police said.

Police carried out a raid at room number three of the rest house and arrested Congress leader Naresh Kumar along with a woman. The search was conducted following an ‘information´ in this regard, police said.
Police took them to Baldev Nagar police station and a case was registered under Immoral Trafficking Act.
