Addressing an election rally in the Macherla assembly constituency of coastal Andhra, the Kadapa MP, who had left the Congress after a prolonged, bitter conflict with the leadership, said the game plan of the party as well as the main opposition Telugu Desam Party (TDP) was to create anarchy in the state after "I am arrested and put the blame on me for the violence and the stop the byelections".
