CONGRESS WILL stage protests across the State on Sunday against the State Government’s decision to revoke an order banning State employees from participating in RSS activities.

Dharnas will be organised down to the block level across the State to register the party’s protest against the decision. In Bhopal, a dharna will be held at Roshanpura Square between 12.00 pm and 3.00 pm.

Announcing the party’s agitation programme, State Congress chief Subhash Yadav said that relaxing the ban on State Government employees’ participation in RSS activities was blatantly against the spirit of Indian Constitution.

It was imperative for the government employees’ to stay away from activities of a ‘communal’ outfit like the RSS, so that their impartiality and fairness of conduct was maintained, he said.
