Apparently disturbed over a huge rally organised by Jan Morcha in Lucknow recently, SP leader Amar Singh alleged that at the behest of Sonia Gandhi, Congress party had "deployed disperate elements" like Lalu Yadav, Ramvilas Pasvan, A B Bardhan.

"I have received serious information with regard to sting operations against me and other party leaders including Akhilesh Yadav and Shivpal Yadav. Ever Since Samajwadi Party Government came to power in UP, Congress has been doing every attempt to destabilise the state Government", he told reporters at a hurriedly called press conference here.

He also charged that even his lawyers were approached by these operators, equipped with hidden camera in laptop with specific queries regarding us. "Congress strategists have deployed Tehelka for string operation against me. I am getting every minute information in this matter".
