Apropos of the editorial Positive news at the last count (June 11), the reduction in HIV+ figures does not suggest that we are in a comfortable position.

Apropos of the editorial Positive news at the last count (June 11), the reduction in HIV+ figures does not suggest that we are in a comfortable position. Though a large-scale reduction of HIV positive cases is not possible, preventive measures must be taken to see that the number does not rise further.
