Decomposed bodies of cousins Dipesh Vaghela (10) and Abhishek Vaghela (11) were found on the banks of Sabarmati river about 2.5 km from Asharam Gurukul on July 5, 2008 in Motera, Gandhinagar, where they were enrolled in class V and VI respectively.

After about one and half years state CID crime investigating the case yesterday filed the case of criminal negligence against seven persons who are closely associated with Asaram's Ashram at Motera here.
