Following the five-hour in-camera proceedings, special judge AK Verma fixed July 4 for the next hearing of the case.

However, the CBI's petition seeking cancellation of bail of the Dera chief did not came up for hearing today. The court fixed May 23 as the date for hearing arguments on the plea.

The Dera chief Ram Rahim Singh, who is the main accused in the case, was also present in the court.

Later talking to media persons, CBI counsel HPS Verma said another witness would be produced on July 4. He said around half a dozen more important witnesses would be produced in this case.

The case came out in the open on May 2002 when an anonymous letter alleging sexual exploitation of woman disciplines by the Dera chief surfaced.
