A man loitering around Hollywood star Tom Cruise’s $40 million Los Angeles mansion was videotaped apparently urinating on his property.

The Beverly Hills police say he was promptly arrested for lewd conduct, according to LifeandStylemag.com.

The drama unfolded, says an insider, while Tom’s fiancée, Katie Holmes, and their new baby daughter, Suri, were safely tucked away inside the compound that is ringed by a state of the art security system monitored by Scientology guards.

Earlier in the day, Tom’s mom, Mary, was seen leaving the mansion while his children, Connor and Isabella, were chauffeured to the Church of Scientology Celebrity Centre International for some private schooling.

According to a guard at Tom’s mansion, neither of the stars had yet been told about the arrest.
