Curfew was clamped in Guwahati on Thursday after rampaging mobs attacked police vehicles and commuter buses in the wake of the serial blasts that rocked the state, killing at least 30 people and injuring over 100.

Police fired in the air to disperse the mobs, which set ablaze about a dozen vehicles.

There were no injuries in the firing, police said.
