Just a couple of weeks ago, Govinda reportedly had a problem with the colour yellow. The actor turned pale when a unit guy from

wore a bright canary shirt to the sets and is believed to have got him ousted fearing a threat to his life.

Now, the actor is taking the saying ‘red.. danger ahead' a little too seriously. He has reportedly asked the producer of another film,

Money Hai Toh Honey Hai

, to digitally change the colour of the

laal topis

he's wearing in the film and any other flashes of red as well.

A source from the unit of the Ganesh Acharya directed comedy tells us that when shooting was in progress, Govinda had happily worn red.

"It seems his guruji has pointed out to him that red is ‘unlucky' for him," says the informer.

However Kumar Mangat, the producer seems oblivious to the problem. "This is news to me," he exclaims.

On his part, Govinda attributed it to "some people who are politically insecure" of him. He said, "When I went for an award function recently, some of my family members, my friends and supporters wore red. I love the colour, so I don't know why people are spreading such rumours. Pehle koi murgi ki baat thi, and now this. I don't care for what these people think or say about me. Thank you."
