Delhi Daredevils qualified for the playoffs with a scrappy five-wicket win over Kings XI Punjab in the Indian Premier League (IPl) at the Ferozeshah Kotla in New Delhi on Tuesday.

Mahela Jayawardene (56 not out) and Irfan Pathan (19 not out) bailed the Daredevils out from a precarious position and helped them chase down Kings XI's score of 136 for eight with an over to spare.
