Debojit Thousen files nomination for CEM of North Cachar Hills

According to official sources, the nomination paper for the CEM post was filed today and the election will be held on Friday.

Thousen, who was the CEM in the last Council, is slated to become the next CEM as no other candidate has decided to contest.

Thousen was elected from the Langting MAC constituency.
