This is the tale of how Feng Shui helped a man badly in debt trap to tear his credit cards and to regain the control on his finances and life. This is the story of Henry which, I genuinely hope, may inspire others in the same boat. A compulsive shopper, he liked to buy; for himself and for his women.
The day he called me he had three letters in his billfold. These letters were harsh reminders from the people he owed money. The creditors were knocking at his door. Donald, the loan shark, had given him a week to repay. He knew he could get a hell of a beating if he didn't repay the loans. Henry was in debt trap.
"I am in big trouble with money sharks," we chatted on the messenger on his request. Do you think Feng Shui can help me?" Typically he added, "I don't mind whatever it costs."
"But how will you pay for the consultation if you are in trouble."
"You leave that to me. My girl will make the payment online. She is very keen that I be free from all debts and start life afresh. I want a way out of debts." He said. He sounded genuinely keen to pay off all his debts, wanted solutions to his debt problems. Henry wanted to be able to sleep peacefully.

Lora, his girl, was the mother figure he returned to after every fall. This time, she didn't want to bail him out. She was a regular reader of this column. "May be there is some Feng Shui flaw ina your house. Let's consult Mohan Deep," she told him. She was right.
The floor plan showed several flaws. The toilet was in the wealth sector of Henry's apartment. The sink always full of dirty dishes, was in the wealth corner of the kitchen. The water always leaked from the tap as he didn't have the time to replace the washer. With this kind of Feng Shui he was destined to be in debt trap. There were other Feng Shui problems also.
Not all the Feng Shui solutions to prevent the money going down the drain were easy. While the plumber repaired the leaking taps and toilet seats, it wasn't possible to shift the toilet and the sink. The Feng Shui solution to that came from me.
Henry scrupulously followed my Feng Shui advice, the advice to attract wealth, get backing from loyal friends and a steady climb in his career. Unable to afford my paintings, he settled for the prints of the Greedy Dragon of Ambition and the Peak.
Yet, it worked for him. You can call it a minor miracle that meant a lot to him. Mrs Winters, an aunt he had forgotten, left him a legacy. He received the message immediately after the first full moon. Loretta loaned him the money to repay Donald, the others agreed to give him some time till the legal formalities were completed.
Henry and Loretta are married today and Loretta is expecting her first child. For Henry, the nightmarish days of debts and loan sharks are a bad memory now.
