Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi has chosen Rohtak member of parliament Deepender Hooda as one of the members of the quick response team constituted by him.
Stating that Deepender Hooda had been assigned the task of social media, an official release said that he has been involved in planning party's strategy to enhance its impact on social sites such as Facebook and Twitter.
