Delhi polls: AAP releases names of probable candidates

The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Tuesday declared two sets of names as probable candidates for Kasturba Nagar and Sultanpur Majra seats for the December 4 assembly elections in Delhi.

The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Tuesday declared two sets of names as probable candidates for Kasturba Nagar and Sultanpur Majra seats for the December 4 assembly elections in Delhi.

Chartered accountant Kailash Chandra Jain, social worker Manju Datta, RTI and rights activists Nipun Vij, activist Ravi Bajaj and lawyer Madan Lal have been short listed for the Kasturba Nagar seat, an AAP statement said.

Those shortlisted for the Sultanpur Majra seat are Manju, a social health activist, Sandeep Kumar, law graduate and active RWA member, Surender Kumar, who runs a tent house, Jitendra, activist from Valmiki samaj, and Mange Ram Nimmal, associated with an NGO, another AAP statement said.
