Bhargava alleged at a press conference here on Friday that letters written by Chetna Sharma proved that she was murdered and Rajababu Singh was involved in it. She said that the CID investigation was proceeding in wrong direction. Chetna’s was not the case of suicide.

It was a case of sexual harassment and murder. Chetna, in a letter written to the National Women’s Commission, accused Singh of harassing her physically and mentally. The letter was posted on November 29, just a day before her death, claimed Bhargava.

Bhargava said if a case of murder were not registered against Singh, the Sangharsh Samiti would stage sit-ins and demonstrations all over the State. Besides, the Samiti would put the facts before the National Women’s Commission and Director General of CID.
