THE DEWAS Superintendent of Police’s office has achieved unique success of getting the ISO certification in the country. The success was the result of implementation of standards in service industry, like round the clock working, timely action on complainants and a proper feedback system from the victims.
The final recognition came after auditors of the ICL certifications Limited thoroughly examined the working and no non-conformity was found.
Commenting on the success, SP Anshuman Yadav said it would benefit the public at large as feedback system would render the policemen more transparent and responsive. He also hoped that the image of MP Police among the masses would improve.
ASP G G Pandey, CSP Virendra Singh and other police officials also worked hard to achieve the high standards.
