It would certainly glorify our lives if we follow these words. At times, we are confronted with odds which do not allow us to have our way, yet we can always listen to what our inner voice tells us and ponder over the message.

For quiet sometime now, I have made it a habit to sit alone in a lonely corner and think over the messages which come straight from the soul. One such message is ‘do good and forget, without expecting anything in return.

In these times, when there is cut-throat competition everywhere, it is difficult to follow such dictates of the conscience; but it must be averred that without any sacrifice, nothing significant can be achieved.

God has not provided many different solutions for the multitudinous problems of mankind. Instead, He offers us one all-sufficient solution which is His answer to every problem. We may come from many different backgrounds, each of us burdened with our own special needs; but to receive God's solution, we must all make our way to the same place: the cross of Jesus.

In the mad rush for acquisition of worldly possessions, we forget the ultimate end and choose to proceed as our desires dictate. Realisation should dawn on us before it is too late so that we are in a position to do good things in life before we bid adieu!
