After killing the doctor, the attackers fled in a red Maruti car. The security guards however have nabbed a compounder of the clinic, Dharmender, whose involvement in the incident is being investigated, police said.
Preliminary investigation has revealed there was a dispute over some property, which may be the cause of murder, they said.
Meanwhile, manhunt has been launched to arrest the assailants.
