Don’t spare them

It is shameful that children are not safe in schools, at home and on the roads.

Apropos of the report Inquiry begins into sodomy case (July 26), it is shameful that children are not safe in schools, at home and on the roads. Why do lawmakers shy away from stringent punishment for such acts? Those parliamentarians with criminal records who block such moves should be punished severely.
