Himachal Congress today dismissed Doon MLA Ram Kumar Chaudhary from the party. Chaudhary is currently in police custody in murder case of Jyoti, a Dalit girl of Bhunga village of Hoshiarpur, who was found dead on a road in Sector 21, Panchkula, on November 22 last year.
