Apropos of the report Chaos after crackdown (July 12), it is a matter of concern that 90 per cent of the Blueline buses are off the roads of Delhi, putting hapless commuters to inconvenience. The bus operators are to be blamed for the present state of affairs as they refused to follow the law and continued to employ negligent drivers. The government must act firmly against these offenders.
