Chief Election Commissioner JM Lyngdoh, along with other Election Commissioners TS Krishnamurthy and BB Tandon and Deputy Election Commissioner Noor Mohammad, will meet leaders of various political parties and top civil and police officials tomorrow, EC sources said.
