Stating that Kerala government has already achieved the merits in the Right to Education Bill passed by the Centre, Education Minister M A Baby today said an all party meet would be convened before implementing the bill.

Laying the foundation stone for the Rs 2.35 crore district education complex here, he said the meeting would assess problems and find out remedies prior to implementing the bill.
