Eight persons were killed on Thursday, and five others injured when a Sports Utility Vehicle (SUV) collided with a speeding truck in Lalitpur, police said.
While five persons died on the spot, three succumbed to their injuries in the hospital, they said.

All the deceased are residents of Madhya Pradesh.
