EMERSON NETWORK Power (India) Pvt Ltd today announced its entry into the SOHO UPS segment with the launch of two UPS models, the 600VA and the 1000VA under the ITON range.
Company Corporate Champion (Distributions) Mandeep Gupta told Hindustan Times that with the launch of the ITON 600VA and ITON 1000VA, Emerson became the only vendor in the Indian market to offer complete spectrum of air and power solutions across SOHO, SME and large enterprises. He further said that Emerson plans to capture 5 percent of the SOHO UPS market in India by end of next year.
Company’s Product Management and Corporate Strategy head Sandeep Gupta informed that the two new products have increased battery life, auto sleep facility, instant restart, highest voltage window and inbuilt software, CD and cable and fax/modem production. Both the products have green power feature from ISO14001.
The ITON range of products are equipped with Smart Monitoring Software, Smart Microprocessor Control, Overload Protection and alarm and Communication Port facility.
The ITON 600VA and ITON 1000VA will be distributed nationally through Ingram Micro and will be priced at Rs 2,999 and Rs 8,999 respectively.
