Two days after the England team returned, Christine Bleakley, Frank Lampard’s girlfriend, was seen wearing a ring on her wedding finger. Denials of an engagement came from sources as the couple took off for a romantic cruise in Sardinia.
Messi on one knee soon?
The 23-year-old Argentinian frontman Lionel Messi has been dating his best friend’s cousin, Antonella Roccuzzo, 22, for two years. Reports say the couple were to marry in February, but decided to wait until after the World Cup.
Iker’s love on sidelines?
Though WAGs were not allowed near the Spanish team, captain Iker Casillas has had his girlfriend, sports presenter Sara Carbonero, by his side throughout the tournament, as she’s the one covering the World Cup for Spanish national TV!
