The Government should realise that the RTI Act is an effective shield against corruption and inefficiency (Telling tales, August 29). As opined, if all five members of the CIC were to hear the appeal together, its working would come to a standstill. This is tantamount to suggesting that all judges of the Supreme Court should hear every appeal together.
