Former Jammu and Kashmir Minister and senior National Conference leader Ali Mohammad Sagar was detained in downtown Srinagar on Monday, police sources said.
The former Minister was taken into custody at Khanyar when he allegedly tried to indulge in hooliganism, sources told PTI.

Sagar, the chief election agent of Omar Abdullah, NC candidate from Srinagar constituency, has been lodged in Rainawari police station, the sources added.
