The advent of new young stars on the political firmament, not to speak of the has-been stars and television prima donnas, 'reality' TV expanding to whole new drawing rooms, ice queen Ash making a few tepid global waves, even a thriller kept Indians on their toes.

Not to speak of your desire to know about, and if accessible, indulge with the who's who in designer weddings, which scaled new heights of opulence and display this year. Did you at least get invited to Lucknow, if not to Paris?
