Expect 90:10 quota verdict on Monday

The Bombay High Court will give its verdict on the 90:10 reservation introduced by the state for junior college admission in the city on July 6.

The Bombay High Court will give its verdict on the 90:10 reservation introduced by the state for junior college admission in the city on July 6.

“Our anxiety is for the students and their parents who have been waiting for this matter to finish,” Chief Justice Swatanter Kumar said on Friday. “We want it to end quickly so admissions and the course start as per their regular schedule.”

Petitions were filed after the state issued a government resolution on June 18 reserving 90 per cent seats in junior colleges for SSC board students.
