Explosion on local train in Mumbai, 3 injured

The explosion, the cause of which is yet to be ascertained, occurs at central Mumbai's Sion station.

Three persons were injured in an explosion on a suburban local train in Mumbai this afternoon. The explosion occurred at 12.55 pm in central Mumbai's Sion station.

Railway Police Commissioner A K Sharma said the cause of the explosion has not been known as yet. The injured have been shifted to nearby Lokmanya Tilak Memorial Hospital.
