Explosives seized in Bihar

A huge cache of explosives, including 17 electronic detonators and five kg of explosive materials, were seized from a house at Patan village in Bihar's Munger district on Sunday, deputy superintendent of police Sridhar Mandal said.

Acting on a tip-off, a police team raided the house and seized 17 electronic detonators, 20 metre fuse wires and five kg of explosives, Mandal said.

Two persons have been arrested in this connection, he added.
