On April 29, Anand sought court directions to Gurgaon police to file a criminal case against NHAI and DSC for accidental deaths on Gurgaon Expressway. He had urged for directions against Ministry of Shipping, Road Transport and Highways and Haryana Urban and Town Planning for non- implementations of safety norms.
