Fake certificate case accused arrested

Muqtadir secured admission into BCom IInd year in Anwear-Ul-lom College in Hyderabad using a fake certificate.

Police on Monday arrested MA Muqtadir, against whom a non-bailable warrant (NBW) was pending in connection with a fake certificate case.

According to the police, in 1994 Muqtadir secured admission into BCom IInd year in Anwear-Ul-lom College in Hyderabad along with the other accused using a fake certificate.

The certificate was purported to have been issued by the Pune University.

He was produced before VI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate who remanded him to judicial custody.
