Farmer commits suicide in Kerala

In a suspected case of debt-caused suicide, a farmer was found hanging on the ceiling of his house at Vakary near Sulthan Bathery in the district.

The victim was identified as one Kumhumon.

People in the locality said Kunhumon was finding it difficult to repay loans taken from banks due to crop loss.
