Feeding India's millions

I'm concerned about India's increasing population. The rate of "newborns" is alarming. On April 17, 2006, I caught a news in which children in the outskirts of Mumbai were shown suffering from malnutrition. If parents are not capable of nurturing their children then why do they give birth to them? An awareness drive needs to be kicked off which guides citizens to realise their responsibility towards society.

If parents of this nation are not capable of nurturing their children then why the hell do they give birth to them? A real awareness drive needs to kick-off which guides the citizens of India to realise their responsibility towards society.
