First international flight touches down at Terminal-3

T-3 (Terminal 3) at Indira Gandhi International Airport experienced its first touchdown on the arrival of the Boeing 777 flight Air India-AI 102 from JFK which landed at around 4.40 pm carrying about 200 passengers, reports Raja Sharma Rymbai.

T-3 (Terminal 3) at Indira Gandhi International Airport experienced its first touchdown on the arrival of the Boeing 777 flight Air India-AI 102 from John F Kennedy International Airport, New York, which landed at around 4.40 pm, carrying about 200 passengers, followed by eight other airlines.

The first commercial flight into the new Terminal 3 was welcomed by a spectacular water canon salute. Wednesday was just a preview of T3, the terminal will be fully operational from July 28, 2010.
