Advocate Shailendra Sharma, who had filed a private complaint, said magistrate V.S. Muvel ordered the warrants for non-appearance before the court. They were to appear on Tuesday. The warrants will be executed by November 7, the date of next hearing.

Aamir, through his counsel Pankaj Bagadia, moved an application on Wednesday seeking a copy of the complaint. The application said he was not aware of the nature of grievance. Muvel had issued bailable warrants against Aamir and Rajpal Toyota showroom owners last month and asked them to depose before the court. On October 12, special sessions judge Mohammed Shamim had rejected the actor’s anticipatory bail.

Aamir was in the city on August 17 to take part in the function organised by Rajpal Toyota at Lasudia where 11 national flags were hoisted.
