Former OSD to Amarinder joins Akalis

Punjab's opposition Congress got a jolt in the border belt of Tarn Taran district when its local leaders of the area including Captain Bikramjit Singh Pahuwind, former OSD to ex-chief minister Amarinder Singh joined ruling Shiromani Akali Dal.

PCC organizing secretary and Zila Parishad member Daljit Singh Gill also joined the Akalis.

Pahuwind accused the Congress leadership of having no respect for common workers of the party.
