A group of villagers were going to Padyarna village in Kishtwar district when they got trapped under an avalanche at Yar Pullar, about 160-kms from Jammu, on Friday.

Army and police have launched rescue operations at the site, Superintendent of Police, Kishtwar, Haseeb Mughal said.
