Four candidates for the Rai assembly constituency in Sonepat district in Haryana have been issued show cause notice for allegedly violating the model code of conduct.
The notice was served on Narain Dutt (BSP), Ishwar (LJP), Krishan Kumar (RPI) and Bijender Kumar, an Independent candidate, a district election official said today.

Returning Officer J K Ahuja issued the notices yesterday to them for failing to provide their poll expenditure details during the stipulated period.
