It’s no mean feat for chefs to maintain the crispness of chips, or fries. Dousing your fried treats in a steady stream of vinegar could be the solution to soggy fries dilemma. It was a quandary that British chip shop owner Lefteris Eleftheriou decided to solve with the help of food scientists and after few experiments in the food labs of Kerry Ingredients and Flavours.
