The recording of statement and cross-examination of a 20-year-old German tourist, who was allegedly raped after being kidnapped by five youths, was on Saturday completed on the second day of the in-camera proceedings.
The victim who deposed before Additional District and Sessions Judge Raj Shekhar Attri would be flying back home on Sunday.
The victim, who spoke in German, was helped by three interpreters including one from the German Embassy. The day-to-day hearing in the case would resume on Monday.
On the request of the victim, the court directed the administration to pay her the return airfare.
The victim's father, who was accompanying her, told reporters that he was satisfied with the way police had handled the case.
"We have full faith in the Indian judicial system. We are cooperating with the authorities and whatever will be the outcome (of the trial) will be good for our daughter. We hope those who committed the crime will get appropriate punishment," he said.
The victim had arrived at the city on Thursday along with her father and a few officials of the German Embassy.

{{/usCountry}}According to police, the woman was kidnapped from outside a hotel on September 28 and was taken to a farmhouse in Haryana's Samalakha area where she was allegedly raped.
Pankaj Punia, Manvir Singh Jolly, Harpreet Singh Dalli, Sukhwinder Singh Sukhi and Sompal had been booked under Section 376 (2) (g) (gang-rape) of the Indian Penal Code.
