GOVERNOR DR Balram Jakhar, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan and several ministers of the State Cabinet have greeted the people of the State on the occasion of Eid-ul-Zuha.

Wishing the people the Governor said the festival signifies service, sacrifice and welfare. In his message Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan appealed to the people to celebrate the festival with enthusiasm.
Cooperatives Minister Gopal Bhargava, Minister for Women and Child Development Kusum Mehdale, Minister for Public Health and Family Welfare Ajay Vishnoi and Minister of State Meena Singh also greeted the people on the occasion of Eid. Meanwhile, Naib Shahar Qazi Ameerullah Khan has called upon the Muslims to celebrate Eid with traditional fervour and share the sacrifice with the needy and neighbours.
In his Eid message he called upon the people of the City to maintain peace and harmony during the festival. State Congress chief Subhash Yadav and his colleagues in the Pradesh Congress Committee also greeted people on the auspicious occasion of Eid.
Special Eid prayers in City mosques today
EID-UZ-ZUHA WOULD be celebrated with traditional fervour in the City on Wednesday. Special Eid prayers would be held in scores of mosques in the State capital. The timing of prayers at prominent mosques are as follows: Idgah (8:30 am), Tajul-Masajid (8:45 am), Jama Masjid (9 am) and Moti Masjid (9:15 am).
The other big congregations would be held at Sikandaria Ground, Masjid Arif Nagar, mosques at Berasia Road, Sikandari Sarai station, Piplani, Karod, Bairagarh Camp No 12, Press Complex, Iqbal Maidan, Imambada Darbar-e-
