Chief Minister Vilasrao Deshmukh said on Tuesday that Govinda's letter received by him has been sent to the Mumbai Police Commissioner for inquiry.

A decision on whether to increase the security for the actor will be taken after receiving the inquiry report, he said.

The Govinda issue was raised by Deshmukh during a 30-minute meeting with Home Minister Shivraj Patil.

The actor told the media in Mumbai on Sunday that he has been receiving anonymous calls on his phone for some time.

At present, Govinda enjoys 'X' category police security, which comprises round-the-clock, armed security.

Asked about wardrobe malfunctioning during the Lakme Fashion week in Mumbai, Deshmukh said an inquiry has been ordered to find out whether it was a deliberate act or accidental.

Two incidents of "wardrobe malfunction" at the show have given rise to controversy in the fashion and modelling industry, with many alleging that it was an attempt to draw publicity.
